every cloud person should be able to purchase raigas blades and when equipped have there lightining based attacks to more damage then before


everyone would be able to buy these but it would help out clouds more than anyone else


( you can probably tell what episode im on looking at the ideas i have posted )

that is stupid, the blade was from mist and it was for the 4th hokage.......................... why don't you switch it from cloud to leaf... cause clouds jutsu are overpowered anyways...

those arent the same blades and they arent over powered cloud people just have high nin
