you barly can host nc with alot of lags(i am not saying u dont got good intrent) but in V4 thers going to be even more pepole.

U I, your not the owner so you can't really decide if he hosts or not, and as stands you aren't exactly hosting NC so don't get mad at him becase it lags.there, problem solved ^_^ now, we wait......
