back-up host *to stego and moleboy*

i am starting to see how much the game lags when it gets alot of players so i think we should have a back up host. The back up host will only host when moleboy or stego tells him to lower the lag. Now i dont know much about this stuff like player files but if it possable i think it would be a great idea and would realy help the game

it does sound like a good idea this game does lag a lot but it will probaly change in v.4
