One is to make jutsu clash. If it's possible, make it so it isn't all about power, like a weaker person should have some sort of chance. Otherwise there is no point in this.
Two is to make Haku's Ice Needles non spammable. SImply because they are homing and they are usually used in conjunction with Ice Mirrors so you can basically do nothing but die as they spam that one jutsu.
Three is to make Sharingan 3 give a tai boost. If you go back to where Naruto and Sasuke fight in the Valley of End or whatever, Sasuke states that if he dodges Naruto's punches he can use that to his offensive advantage. This happened after Sasuke got the third tomoe in his eyes.
Incorrect. Sasuke only said that because he could clearly see Naruto's attacks, whereas before then, he couldn't see them because Kyuubi boosted Naruto's speed. When Sasuke's Sharingan ability increased, he was able to see more of Naruto's attacks. So, no. Sharingan should not give a tai boost.
No, if I want to go to the show, I'll mention how Sharingan copies jutsu that aren't secret and S level, I'll mention how Amaterasu would kill anyone in one hit, I'll mention how Tsukiyomi left Kakashi in a hospital bed for a week. Haku was one talented person, he actually had to train for his ability to increase.
Sess...uhh well then how does that help in not making Sharingan get a tai boost? Yes, he could see Naruto's movements, and he used that to his offensive advantage. I know almost all there is to know about Naruto and there isn't much I could be corrected on. Maybe long names and that's it.
Well i dont think copying justsu will be at any point included for fairly obvious reasons, though i would like to point out, the rank of the jutsu isnt a factor in being able to or not being able to copy it <,< Basicly, sharogan copies jutsus thats the user can use later, however if the user is lacking chakra control or any other requirement, they can-not make use of it and thus the sharigans copy effect is negated. The only time that sharigan is actualy completely useless for copying things is when they require a bloodline trait, for if thats the case, the user wouldnt be able to use it, regardless of how much they tried.
i have an idea how about you can only copy village jutsus and after you copy it you can only use it 1-3 times then, you have to go copy it agin befor you can use it agin. I know thats not how it works on the show but i think it would be good for this game
