64 palm strike = 50% of enemies chakra(If all hit) 128 pal strike = 100% of enemies chakra(If all hit) Jyuuken+attack = 5% of enemies chakra I think that is how it should be!
Hyuugas dont really drain chakra.. its more like "Lock" chakra so they cant use it.. My reason is cuz their dmg aint all that great =D...but its all jus an idea
