1st the new verb there should be a verb called immoblize or deactivate jutsus for people who are blinded but still just run around spamming jutsus
now onto hyuugas they hyuuga are spread into 2 brances sooo...
the main branch should be added and its randomly choosen when you pick hyuuga with a 10% chance of beocming one and to stop people from just keeping on picking hyuuga clan till they get it they should only know if they got it past level 74 or whatever level the jutsu is the one that says must not earn kaiten if you are main branch you can learn both kaiten and this and byukagan 3 which gives a speed boost bigger then 2 and give 256 palms or a tai boost >.>
No to the Hyuugas. They are already too much stronger than they should be. 1st off there is no such thing as a Byakugan 2 let alone 3, 2nd their palms keep people frozen when they shouldn't so that's good enough.
And it wouldnt flow with teh anime at all Neji was not a head branch and was stronger then most head branch people and will become the strongist Hyuuga to date only person who can face him with the Hyuuga name is Hinatas father.

Rofl. You're saying this when your Nubchiha's Sharingan freezes people for far longer than anything belonging to a Hyuuga. If anything, Sharingan should lose its freezing effect since it had nothing to do with the series. Also, when Neji was using Hakke, the victim couldn't really move. The only exception to this was Kidoumaru when he used his Golden Skin thing while Neji used Hyaku Nikujyuu Hachishou. Personally, I think the freezing effect for Hakke should stay because of this.
