Well I seen your cap on the stats, well I'm an Anbu Lieutenant and none of my stats (except hp, just recently) are over 15k. By this, a capped Chuunin could waste me. =\ I have been stat training for a long time and I get no where..all of my stats will level up at like 3 times at once, then it will stop for 1-2 minutes and do it again.

And the sad part is, I did ALL of my missions, I have ranked the game and got BOTH boosts. So without those, I would be looking at maybe 3k or less in all of my stats...
