Put a limit on how often a kage can declare war on another country, im sick of haveing wars spammed on me.


 


I'm thinking 1 war delcaring an hour per kage.

Oh Also, make a 30 second delay between when war is declared and when it starts, im sick of haveing wars delcared on me when ive got 3 hp left and my weights are on -_-;

that would get annoying havin only 3 hp left and waits on and yea like 15 wars a day at top or sumthin like that
