You must be able to do the following:
1) Multi-tiled icons with movements
2) Turfs (Multi-tiled building icons too)
3) Clothing/Hair
4) Jutsu/Weapon
5) Special Effects

hmmm i can do clothing/hair and jutsus and weapons =( sorry i cant do the rest T_T my msn is
