(1) click options
(2)click perference
(3)go over and click macro
(4)choose a free key EX:a,b,c,d(anykey you dont see up there is free)
(5)set a verb (remeber for space use - as in bunshin no jutsu =bunshin-no-jutsu)
(6)test it

these are some basic one's i know train, rest, attack, save,help, option

kunai "train" is better then "kunai train" and "log train"

there is no Naruto Chronology command that is called "train"
