zeff introduced a great idea to me that is jounin and and ANBU test. say what happens if your kage is not on and you want to become jounin or ANBU there should ba a test for them they should be held between chuunin exam so like every 2 hours one should be hosted they should be switched every two hours so people have achoice in which test to take
not so when we began and high lvl players were on the on server and they didnt have anything to do the gm had to make them jounin so they could at least do more missions that required you to be jounin or ANBU and it says only kages can choose jounin and ANBU which we did not have at that time
which shouldn't have to happen, i don't want to make everyone jounin, especially if the kages don't think they are ready or something like that, it is the kage's choice.
