Kunai's Newbie Guide v2.0

Introduction

Starting out in Naruto Chronology, probably the hardest and most boring period..
Why you ask must we hit the same thing over and over?  Well, in the world of Naruto, training is how you gain power.  However, doing missions and stuff are where their training pays off.  It is almost the same as in NC.

Abbreviations

plvl/pl/plevel : Power level, this is when a high level character invites you to the squad and you suck exp if you are standing inside the dungeon with that character.  Similar to leeching in Ragnarok Online and MapleStory.

Z-Blade: Zetsumi Blade, a blade that is dropped by Snow-nins.  Many think that it is the strongest weapon in the game, but that is yet to be proven... or was it :o

I am not very good with this.  If there is anything else I am missing(I bet I am missing a 1000 abbrevs..) please PM me.  Only NC related Abbrevs though, no internet sland like "lol" or "lmao"

Etiquette

1.  Be polite, ESPECIALLY in World Say

2. Do NOT Spam kill, that is when you keep on killing an AFK person

3. Kunai sucks at this game, always insult him, but do NOT harass anyone else

The Leveling Section

1-50: The Boooooring Period

Kunai Training: I personally don't like this one, you have to pay 300 yen per 100 kunais so yeah.

Setting Macro
First, go to Options on the Top
Second, click on Preferences...
Third, Look for Macro
Fourth, Press Space Bar
Fifth, type in "Kunai-Train" WITHOUT the " "

Buying Kunais
First, look for the Kunai Seller
Second, Right Click on Him OR Press on Training in your tabs to your right
Third, Press Buy
Fourth, Select "100 Training Kunais - 300 yen"

Training Process
First, Stand next to a Kunai Log
Second, After setting your macro, press and hold Space Bar
Once you run out of Stamina, type in "rest", again, without the " "
Repeat until you reach level 50

How typical of Kunai to start out with Kunai Training >.<
Ill finish this later

Log Training: Free, a little less exp than Kunai training, but raises your Taijutsu more.  I personally stick with this OR Dungeon Training(which will be mentioned later)

Setting Macro
First, go to Options on the Top
Second, click on Preferences...
Third, Look for Macro
Fourth, Press Space Bar
Fifth, type in "Log-Train" WITHOUT the " "

Training Process
First, Stand next to a Log
Second, After setting your macro, press and hold Space Bar
Once you run out of Stamina, type in "rest", again, without the " "
Repeat until you reach level 50

Absolutely the same process, but it is quicker, and FREE!

Mountain Walking: This method increases your stamina, enabling you to stay alive longer, and yes, help you train longer.  Normally, getting lots of stamina early will help you level fast, and is VERY convenient in Log Training where you can get enough stamina to destroy a log before you need to rest.

Looking for a Mountain
The hardest part of this is looking for a mountain.  You may know where it is, or you may not. Ask someone in your village where it is. Here are the locations of some of the Mountains(Not Complete)

Stone Village: Head east from the Genin Test Building

Sand Village: Head southeast from the Genin Test Building

Mist Village: Right next to the Genin Test Building to the right

Mountain Walking Tricks
The most simple trick is to summon a bunshin and walk towards it.  You will not move, nor will the bunshin, but you will get the equivalent of walking on the mountain per press.  If you hold it, you will drain Stamina REALLY fast so I recommend stopping at the 100 Health range and resting.

Mountain walking is the basis for MOST of your stamina BEFORE level 50, I recommend doing it often.

Water Walking Training: Chakra... the fuel of all powerful skills.... it can be increased with this kind of training.  This is the best and only way to consistanly increase your chakra, with missions being the other way, but it doesn't work as well :P

Looking for Water
The hardest part of this is looking for a water.  You may know where it is, or you may not. Ask someone in your village where it is. Here are the locations of some of the bodies of trainable water(Not Complete)

Sand Village: North of the Genin Test Building

Stone Village: South of the Genin Test Building

Level 50+: The Rest of the Journey

Congratulations!  You have reached level 50, you have a whole new world open in front of you.

Weight Training: The coolest training regime ever!  Stamina, Taijutsu, AND a lot of EXP!  This is the bomb!

The Chunin Exams

The Chunin Exams, the way to the road of being the Kage of your village.  Well, first of all the Chunin Exams are helded every 3 Hours.  So, lets say that the server restarted at exactly 12:00 Midnight. This is NOT the official schedule, but rather a guide to help you understand.

12:00 Midnight, Server Restarted
3:00 AM, Chunin Exam
6:00 AM, Chunin Exam
9:00 AM, Chunin Exam
12:00 Noon, Chunin Exam
3:00 PM, Chuunin Exam
6:00 PM, Chuunin Exam
9:00PM, Chunin Exam
12:00 Midnight, Chunin Exam

REMEMBER: This is NOT THE OFFICIAL SCHEDULE, rather to help you understand and calculate when the next exam is.

Joining the Exams:  When it is time for Chunins, you must register within 1 Minute.  There will be a new tab labeled "Chuunin" Next to Commands and Taijutsu.  Click on it then click TakeExam.  Viola! You are in the written part!

Written Exam: The first part of the test is similar to the Genin Test.  The last question was wheter you take the exam or not.  If you fail, you will be a Genin FOREVER, *hint hint* thats what it says atleast.

Forest of Death: Exactly the same as in the Anime/Manga, EXCEPT you are on your own. If you are south, head north, and if you are north, head south.  EVERYONE IN THE NORTH WILL HAVE THE SAME SCROLL and vice versa.  Remember, you are trying to get a different scroll from what you have.

After finishing both tests, head towards the center, and viola! You are a Chunin.

Fishing

Setting Macro
First, go to Options on the Top
Second, click on Preferences...
Third, Look for Macro
Fourth, Press Space Bar
Fifth, type in "Fish" WITHOUT the " "

Buying Rods amd Bait
First, look for the Kunai Seller
Second, Right Click on Him OR Press on Training in your tabs to your right
Third, Press Buy
Fourth, Select any item with the word "Rod" but you will probably buy the first one
Fifth, repeat steps one to three
Sixth, select item "Bait - 300" You can buy at multiples of 300.  Except, if you have 1.5k or more, than it will automatically buy 40 pieces of bait, or 5 orders of bait.

Fishing
First, go to the fishable water, which you will notice to be different from other waters.
Second, press Space Bar OR whatever macro you set.
Third, wait for about 2 seconds
Fourth, repeat until you have fished a lot.

The guide is wrong on the chunnin guide times because of 30 mins after the chuunins there is a reboot so it would be more like.

12:00am server up
3:00am chunnin
3:30am reboot
6:30am chunnin
7:00am reboot

If you look at the date the guide was made, that was before auto-reboot was created, so techinically he had it correct for his time.

i dont get how what nash said is against the rules. the freezes and lag dont make the chuunins happen later, the only thing that can delay it is the reboots that GM's do to stop lag and update and then the random crashes.

even though im sure this topic is wayy dead im goin 2 still add to it, i think the guide was well written but macroing for noobs idk about that...i mean its nice for them to kno about it but still idk it jus feels like a cheat for them instead of them learning to play the game
im sure im wrong but people giving begginers such valuable info feels weird
