Wrong move right off the bat (huh, dunno why it didnt show the rest of my post but anyways) IMO, the server host can set some of those rules (like the no spamming and kage lvl req) but other then that, I don;t believe youhave the power yourself to say who can get jounin at what lvl, thats up to the kage of each village. If that kage picks a weak jounin, oh well, guess there gonna have a weak village huh?

in my opinion i actualy like the rules. but like Tara and Stego said, Jounin, Anbu, etc. is really up to the Kages of the village. The AFK spam is a good rule. The Kage rule, i dont really care either way. if there is a lvl 75 kag or whatever, then they have a weak kage. you shouldnt really make a rule saying what lvl you should be to be a kage
Mole what you do is get a timer or somthing write all the rules in that ammont of time after that min post the rules and host.the min gets the needed rules and leaves out ones that could be bad rules.
moleboy ur rules must be clear enough for those who's not agreeing on ur rules but if this is ur rules u can do them, i believe in u moleboy its ur server and not others if u want these rules dont take back ur words thats ur way of ninja , dont lose ur confident in ur self u said something and dont take it back and every one stfu he said it already i dont want to hear and stupid comment anymore.
one questions it isnt just first lv 50 becomes kage right cause that would blow because all in all lv doesnt make a huge difference except in beggining somewhat but overall it about skill'
