stego , the three jutsus that are under chakra no mesu at lvl 192 , throw scalpel , cut tendon ,and neve screw. just get rid of chakra no mesu and spread those jutsus out between lvl 1-100 because seroiusly , even if you boosted heal youd need to make it so noone could rest within a certian distance of the enemy to make med nins even mildly useful , were utterly useless ,training nin is dumb since we dont have anything to use it on , training gen equally dumb , training tai stillpretty dumb cus even with a sword you do like 78 dmage to mission nins , i mean come on >,< add the two jutsus tsunade uses to heal herself or her uber strength thing >.> make it so each punch with the super strength thing on does like 2-3k damage but takes the same amount of chakra i dunno do SOMETHING >,

Yes, the only two (I consider it three now) strong medical ninja are Kabuto and Tsunade. Max doesn't want us to base the clans off the strongest of the medical Ninja. That means, we'd be basing it off a Hokage level'd ninja.
But what do we base Uchiha on? Not Sasuke, for sure. We base it on an Akatsuki leveled Ninja. A ninja named Itachi. And this certain Akatsuki member is much stronger than Tsunade might I boldly say.
Let's cut Jaransan, and all the other medical ninja some slack, hm? =(
I disaggre with you all, medics are key players, and are usually the strongest in the nin world, they have the best chakra control which uaully allows for beefed up tai skills, look at sakura and tsunade. also i already stated Stego that meds should be able to add poison to weapons, as a medical nin knows how to heal and what affects healing rate but with that knowledge can be super destructive.
