the first suiton is way overpowerd..
it does about same as katon gouk which is 3/10 your nin roughly
but the things that are bad is that it has a little les sthen 1/3 a second delay but the worst part is that it is homing...
homing is one of the worst part because my guy currently does around 1300 with gouk so about same with suiton and with delay i can get about 3 a second... thats about 4k damage a second and since it is homing i can run and circles and always hit..
no ryuuka isnt better stego because of delay... yes ryuuka does like 2-2.5x more damage then the suiton but the delay is what 3x+ then the suiton and costs a lot more chakra and is learned at lv 118
housenka isnt better does like what 200 more damage but has a bigger delay and only goes in a straight line... its ahrd as hell to hit with effectivly especially in battle and if you dont have a freezing jutsu it near impossible
i dont know about endan but that has never worked and you told me only dragons are seeking so i doubt thats any better
face it at lv 50 you killed every npc boss sexcept s4 orochimaru but thats because it was to much of a pain to get through it so what it took you about 20 minutes oro is a boss you need liek lv 200 to be able to kill not 50 and with only dieing like once
so what if the other jutsus do more damage they have a bigger delay and near impossible most of teh time to hit repeatedly with
especially since kirie pager baned me form game for arguing abuse of your damn power especially when you get mad when i mute someone for disagreeing with me
Max, all the technique damges has been edited from v.1..
All the damage calculation has redone. Suiton was never this strong in v.1 and katons are much stronger too
The delays, mist will not get much stronger jutsu that actually follows the opponent here on after while katon got ryuuka that will do like 5 times more damage and follow as well with only 1~2 second more delay.
That suiton wont be too useful unless the user trains some insane ninjutsu in the higher levels compared to katon or any other village jutsus.
So stop complaining, if i saw that it was rigged then i would've fixed it but i am not because i know what i did, and if u don't like it, make mist and see how it will feel at higher levels...
I am sure... Kirei will feel the need to complain wheen she reaches lvls 100+ but she won't because she's not you! and if kyuu-x has a problem with it, he'll come to me. He probably listened to your side of the view and agreed with you, but ill explain it to him if he does bring it up.
Edit: oh and yes, she can ban you if you abused your staff by muting a person only because they disagreed with you. I probably would of took your staff verbs away, if i was there to see what you did.
But i won't this time, cause i've got no proof to penalize you.
Even if the jutsus are homing there pretty easy to dodge you just need to run around in large circles until it dies out but i do agree with SOME of wat max says like first suiton... it has barlely ANY delay at all and is homing...
I would be happy if one of these are met :P
1)First suiton is made non homing or has a big delay
2) Housenka no jutsu is made homing (SUGGESTED)
