all jutsus idk about v2 but most could be learned quickyl with the exception of eyes but most final jutsus including villiage should have lv+hard stat req cause only mang and byaguken2 have really hard stat req and they arent that great to begin with cause lvling you can lv preety quickly even if you do raise lv req for jutsus still wont bne to terribly hard to learn them all in a couple days but byaguken2 and mang take over a week of hardcore training to get... i dont think anyone has got byaguken2 yet lol but what im saying is make like the last couple jutsus for all clans and villiages have a high stat req like gates5-8 should need really high tai to use not just lv
max i am very well aware of that.. i am spreading out the level requirement more (most of them are 50+, and those top jutsus are like 200~400 level requirements.) Of course.. those weaker jutsus are even less than level 50.. lol
So yes, i am going to make it so that u guys have more things to do instead of just hardcore leveling...
I like them now takes work to get jutsus plus it will get rid of all the noobs that want a game where they learn everything ina day or two like some games i like it this way takes work
