Okay, people seem to be constantly complaining about this, but not posting it here, where its most likely to get seen.  Anyway, people seem to be unable to transform into CS2, even after transforming into CS1.  Is this a bug, or are there requirements for it?  Thanks for you help in this issue.

Okay if anyone reads these...which seems unlikely....it turns out it was a bug.  But fear not!  This bug has been taken out in V.2, so no more non-CS2 CS people!  wow that sounds odd...

lol yah it was bugged it still needs a lot of chakra to get cs2 some people have used it before ive seen them (icon needs work looks wierd)

it should cause the cs2 sasuke doesnt look any better i agree with the long hair but get rid of the hand thingys
