choose a focus for lv ups and training can be changed once per hour

choose a sta either stam tai nin etc. and it only counts for one group so if you choose stam you only get 50% chakra not 50% all stats

get a 150% boost when training it and all others get a 50% boost you cna lways choose all around to get 100% in all

so lets say you gained 30nin tai and gen at al vl up you were focusing nin so you got 45 nin 15 tai and 15 gen but if you got 100 stam 100 chakra youd get same stam and chakra unless you focused on stam then you got 150 stam 50 chakra and 30 all other stats

makes it better for clans taht need nin and not so much tai
