i know youve herd me say this before im just putting it down how I think they should be set to be fair as far as i know this is MY OPINION dont get mad and flame

katons: yes the big one just make it instant cast and then liek a 1.5-2 second delay before use again cause when you use one and it makes you stand still for 5 seconds before it cast your already dead and add a little more damage to them just a tad cause ryuuka the best jutsu for uchiha and leaf does low damage maybe like does yuor nin+(nin/10) which at 1k nin does 1100 damage which if you think is decent damage for the best jutsu you have to agree 1100 every 2 seconds is decent enough to win a fight but still people stronger then you can kill you it isnt to strong or make it multishot cause even with ryuuka housenka when it hits with all 3 shots does only a tiny bit less damage but you get it real early maybe make edan and ryuukla 3 shots to idk but the nin+(nin/10) seems fair for the final jutsu

earth: make it instant cast (yes ive listend to you drizzt) and 2 sec delay just like katons(shouldnt all ele jutsu be about the same seems only fair so a village isnt better then the other)

kaze no yaiba: either add delay nerf damage to 1/20 of what it is get rid of nin gain or just get rid of it in first place just domething

clan with bone stuff(cant think of name right now sorry) idk about you but unknown early on was doing over 10k damage cant remember jutsu but its delay was same as regular attack idk but this seems really strong to me when you cna preety much attack for 10k+ i think he was bone people he has bone sword correct me if im wrong but whatever jutsu ehe used way to much damage

hyuuga jutsus: the palm jutsus make the ton of hits higher eq for something when a hyuuga can hit you like 5 times for 1k+ each hit somethign is wrong idk req might be high im sorry if im wrong i just think it a tad low or something for doign teh 124 palm strike right away

medic: add sakuras precision earth blow (which preety much is a suuped up doton move but she learned it when training with tsunade and she a med ninja so im putting it as med attack

garrouga: maybe nerf damage a little doing 600+ damage and doing it continuously is a tad tough either nerf damage or make it a one hit move with a delay

mangakyou req: idk but 13k nin and 20k gen seems like it would take a month to get took me a while to get 13k nin with kaze bug on inf hp npc not to mention gen wich trains really slow even spamming bunshin the gain is horribly slow
