Ive seen what needs to be done through the example of..sad to say...Kite and Menzu. So yea i also know the rules and punshiments like boot if theyre akf training blind if they mass and mute if they spam. And i have no beef with any 1 on the game either.

im active i dont abuse i will tell people the rules and i will not abuse my powers ill answer all questions from players i shall only mute/blind wen people are spam killing, spamming or breaking the rules i will also help people and I WILL NOT FAVOUR PEOPLE i will treat EVERYONE equally.

im on around 4-14 hours a day

i know almost every1 on i shall make friends and i will sort out everything
i wouldnt treat my freinds good or my enemies bad ill treat them the same

i would ONLY do events if u say so and i wouldnt abuse it and I will give choices for example

if i said

a tourney or a treasure hunt

ill take a vote and see wat the majority chooses if its a draw then ill do a race like start at leaf and get to cloud first 1 there chooses ETC

if i do get mod i wouldnt make sum1 weaker or stronger

i will do wat u agree with damian and i wont disobey ya biggrin

Additiona Comments: i know almost everything about NC, i know bugs so i know when people are bug abusing, i know the punishments for afk training, bug abusing,ro spawn killing oh and if someone if being anoying in worldsay mute them for a while or blind them, boot them if then cant learn and banned if they cant learn at all or are/is bothering the other players non-stop. I know a lot of people in NC and i'm cool with everyone, even if i'm not I tried to make firnedds or not bother them.I dont have favs and i dont have people i hate, so i wouldnt treat anyone unequal
