Why are homing jutsus cool down time so low, i've been killed by homing jutsus that dmg sucks but the person using it can spam it within seconds.

And now akat is killing bijuus with their second village homings. WTF jutsus that arent homing have a longer cool down? bleh

yea i agree i mean the scondary jutsu are strong as it is but then u add the fact there homing and have like no delay....wth

yup, homing should have a delay >_<
kinda unfair if u can attack quick and not have 2 worry about aiming or anything...

homings were the only thing keeping my character any good but yea they need a longer cool down cause the one i had from cloud had like a two second recharge, gg tai clans xD

hmm A lvl 450 Jutsu that costs 300k should be that strong if u don't like it train to beat it if not sthu and have a nice day hah I love being death

let's see, divide 300k by 5 wouldn't be that bad. It hits 100k each. But the Range OWNs, I tried running inside leaf and I got hit and got pwned st8 away

 well..actually i think that the range its just infinite o.o they kept following me from the leaf gate to leaf kage house...and then i turned right so they stopped on the academy wall biggrin   but if the jutsu costs 300k chakra i think that that power is worth

it dosent seem like 300k as much as u and tit spam it and also even if it did its still needs some kind of delay cuz chakra training is the easiest thing to train plus the fact of bijuu's its not even really a big deal it cost 300k.

the range.. is insane for a slow homing... it is very insane indeed. i used it agaisn't kyoshi.. OWND OWND OWND OWND OWND.. yes..
