I say v3.98 cause the v4 players wouldnt know how to combine jutsu effectivly as we the v3.98 players have learned.

im not a 3.98 guys cuz dont even think i played that version but i from way back and the veterans like me can wipe these new players into the ground with ease.so i vote oldies ^^
