Let me first go on the subject of taisou and Sousou.
Taisou freezes BOTH you and your opponent for a few seconds, (and they can still use jutsu), and does a LITTLE more damage than sousou with a huge delay. 60k nin would do around 42k damage. After which, you are stuck running away for about 40 seconds, because you cant use jutsu to defend yourself with, and in which case your opponent has time to send MANY moves after you. If they were a simple uchiha, lets compare with the same nin, their Homing would do 30k and they could shoot twice in a few seconds for easy damage since you cant use any jutsu after Taisou forever. By the time the delay is up, you could have been dealt 3x the damage by simpler moves. Taisou and Sousou are heavily underpowered and unbalanced now.
It should work more like Kyuu, you cant use the SAME jutsu for a little while, but u can still use jutsu. Such as: "Sabaku kyuu (which last like 3 seconds), then lets say Sousou, you can use once and then Taisou, t hen u cant use either for 10 seconds but can still use other jutsu. This at least balances it some, it already does mediocre damage for a clan special.
Lets put this delay problem somewhere else, lets say ur versing a hyuuga. With the same Tai as your nin, one of their dancess at 60k would easily be hitting 20k and they can spam, no 1 hour refire rate
I know the fact that Taisou and Sousou are UV moves, but that shouldnt auto discredit their power and have them nerfed as so. All of our great Gaaras after this nerfing never used their clan jutsu. Kazuma only spammed Diatoppa, and Diatoppa alone is one village jutsu greater than all of my gaara jutsu. Sand sphere and kyuu barely balances Gaaras out.
and Suna Shushin wasnt even nerfed, it was just made where it doesnt do anything.
Id like you, Stego, to read and consider this and maybe help gaaras out, working your butt off for 206 for a jutsu that is < most village jutsu sucks xD. Suna nami is even more useful, not to mention most of Sand's jutsu are gaaras and most of his are useless.
