Ok, here are the rules for the server, if you don't like them too bad, deal with it.

Cussing: Anyone who cusses will get an immediate 5 minute mute.  With further abuse, it will scale up to 10+ minutes.

Innapropriate Talk: 10 minute mute, it will also scale up if repeated.

Wearing Clothing that is not to your rank: E.G. Wearing Kage clothes even though you aren't kage anymore...

Punishment: Blind for 15 minutes, or boot.

Spawn Killing: 10 minute blind, after you have been booted, repeated offenses the blind will move upto 30-1 hour.

Advertising for other games (specifically NBOTLS or WOTS): Punishment = 1 hour mute then a boot.

Avoiding Censors in Village Say: Blind/boot.

Racism/Religion insults: 1 hour mute, no questions asked, repeated offenses...mute/blind...

Things to get banned for:

Doing multiple things, repeating an offense very much.  Repeating multiple offenses a lot. 

I warn you, I have banned before, do not cross me as you will regret it.

Also, people are starting to hate me for doing my job.  My job is to punish you when you do something wrong, don't take it personally, just don't break the rules.  Don't think because you are my friends you can get away with stuff...

Don't joke around with these rules, if you joke around, I will take you seriously, so don't tell me "Oh, I was just joking around.

Now, Kage's we've had many kage problems in our past, and here is what will happen.

Rejecting all challenges = Remove your Kage IMMEDIATELY.

Anything is allowed in Kage challenges, so deal with it, if something goes wrong, CHALLENGE AGAIN.

If you are gone for 48 hours without any notice, it will be given to someone else, and when you log on, it will be removed.

Ok, here is something big.  Do not make your sannin your best friends who are level 30 chuunin.  Make the strong people in your village these, as it will actually weaken your village because of caps.  A level 30 chuunin who has 3k in all stats who is your best friend, or a level 60 chuunin who is overcapped, and needs a higher-rank to get stronger.  By giving your best friend the rank, you are making it so your stronger people can't get stronger, and your weaker people have it easy one way or another.

I will edit this and add to it later, but for now, these will be enforced.

Any mods abusing powers, like unmuting because a guy asked to be, or actually just NOT doing there job will be reported immediately.  You wanted to be a Moderator, if you don't do your job, you lose it, simple as that.
