I need some help from people who have stolen bijuu B4

I was gonna get Shukaku from my friend he didnt want it anymore and trying to get it I lost over 7k chakra it was a bomer and i still didnt get it. Is there a specail way to get it or is it like a 10% chance or something?(I had another akutsuki with me also).

You need to ahve 2 akats use the right fuujin and it doesent always work
