Well not all, but most of you.

If you challenge someone to a fight with like 50 stipulations, you didnt really win.

I can understand bijuus/cs to keep things even but moves!?!?!

Here is an example for the slow

"Lols Malphas ill fight you...BUT DONT USE SHADOW BIND!"

Now lets say I defeat Malphas, did I really win? Hell no he couldnt even fight full potential.

So keep this in mind next time you go "lol no rasengan , lols no tsukiyomi , lol no homing, lol no heal, lol no mist, lol palms, lol no kaiten, lol no hitting attack verb" etc.
