So I think some 'original thoughts' ave changed since I was gone... so I'm wondering... the idea of being able to reborn into on of the new villages such as snow... you have to be lvl 450 right? But hwen you reborn... are you the same clan still? Or can you choose a complete diffirent clan and just keep your old villages jutsus?

you can reborn into them at level 300, you keep your clan and lose your stats but keep your jutsus, then you pick up jutsus from the new village. then if you want you can join at level 450 instead without having to reborn so you keep your stats and everything
Criss pretty much explains it all but for star,nano and snow you need to be level 450 to reborn into them but you keep your current stats.. For the other villages its lvl 300 but you lose all stats and begin at 0 but keep your current jutsu's and can learn the new village jutsu's you reborned into.. *note* You can only change Village not Clan
there would be now point in joining if you dont get the jutsus if you didnt know you could tell by when i said it was a secondary...there would be definetly no point if it was a secondary village to go in it if theres no jutsus O_O
