the stat cap for a person who joins akatsuki is 40k...if they become akat commander (kage) then they can get 70k stat cap...and yes akatsuki can only go snow...and at level 450

Edit... Is it Akat can only reborn at 450? or is it that you reborn at 300 but can join at 450? Guddam numbers are getting me confused.

you can do either one...just remember reborning will take away your stats but joining at 450 wont...this works for snow star and nano

So... you join at 450, keep stats & jutsus... but then how would getting the jutsu's go?

Prodigy this will help... For star,nano and snow you need to be level 450 to reborn into them but you keep your current stats.. For the other villages its lvl 300 but you lose all stats and begin at 0 but keep your current jutsu's and can learn the new village jutsu's you reborned into.. *note* You can only change Village not Clan

you would probably get them all at once...and when you join at 450 it counts as a secondary village so you would join and pick up all its jutsus and stay in yours
