It gives less than 2x for stam, chakra, and genjutsu. And why the hell does he give genjutsu? A blind person could tell Gaara has no physical power without Shukaku and Shukaku was beating CS Sasuke..So he should give taijutsu if anything.. Also if anyone thinks Shukaku is a weak demon then think twice. The power isn't judged by tails.
I would understand that Shukaku is a bad stat giving bijuu if Kyuubi was down there too. They are the only 2 bijuu's which give a skill, Chakra Blast & UD.

actually if u read the manga power is actually measured by the tails
kyuubi doesnt have chakra blast and shu doesnt have ud....if bijuu specials for the new bijuus get added in when v4 comes out then that would be when kyuubi gets chakra blast and shu gets ud...if that happens
