because they cant learn any ninjutsu and genjutsu they cant get bijuus or even cs the only village that is good for a lee is stone and stone is mostly for veteran players also their gates may give them extremely large amount of tai
but the only gate that gives a lee a problem is the dam death gate it sets ur life to 0 or extremely low. even when u can prolly 1 hit everything in site but it makes u an easy shot from a shuriken or a nub hit
thats y lees need an improvement i made some ideas on the the forum so check em out nd tell me wat can i add
