In the anime Kiba said Soutourou is a killer move, but after using it the user a while to not move, make it so when you turn into soutourou you get more power but after you switch back to normal you nor your dog can move but still attack.
its a good idea for an inuzuka but i think we will need more info on the jutsu and wat are the side effects and such to it ...i mean more in depth description of the jutsu and not as much as wat he said but how is it used and how effective can it be
