I did not give any permission to host my game to anyone. If someone posts a link to their server, i will not tolerate that.
Edit: The main server will be up as soon as we sort things out. Just be patient. The server will be 24/7 unless the server crashes for some rare reason.
It ruins the "value" of the game itself being overly playable. Also, a version with bugs only harms the game's image than improving. Also, some of these hosts are abusive with owner powers they gained by "hacking" into my file and giving themselves the powers. (Tassle was caught with this therefore i specially dont tolerate his server.)
Shadow u have no idea, but having multiple server only lowers the player density of a game. That means an end to the success of a game. If random ppl start hosting without control, NC might even die out. (That would happen if i lose control over my game and give up on the game.)
If i decide to give up on NC, start blaming those players that support these "illegal" servers --> *cough* Tassle's *cough*
well hopefuly pretty soon the game will be up in digital byond, but if it does go up, will we have to go to the digital byond website to play the game, or is it still going to be available through byond.com? just a question....

Well, we're playing on Tass's server till Digi hosts, can't you let it be till then? It's not like we're telling anyone that's the real NC server. We even say it's only temp and not the real server. :/
but look if u say that dont u think they will remove it from byond member favs then nc goes down to like 5th place then like 1 week main comes back a most players dont play it cause they will think its temp or just going to crash again cause if u tell em its a temp server there going to wonder why and if u say "the host is crap" then u wont be seeing NC on the first page anymore
ur right in a way but tasslehoff is hosting his server illegally,Stego doesnt like that,how would u feel if some1 is hosting an illegal server without ur permission?ill ban them for all i care,plus so what if it gets ranked down,they r improving NC for us,so we can play and ppl can join and enjoy and possible be back up on the ranks/stay top,i can wait for weeks but not too long coz tassle cheats alot on temp so i think i speak among every1,we all want NC back up but u gotta be patiente,i stopped playing temp now,since i reached 300 there,i just go onlinr to talk,NC will be up no matter how long it takes,and its gonna be up today!
Yeah, Tass cheats but I don't care too much. Some times it's interesting.. Sometimes xD
But forreal man, I play temp 'cuz it's like this. I wanna play NC but it's down and if I left to play another game I might leave NC again. It always happens to me >.>' Though, with the temp I cans till play NC in a sense whiles I'm waiting for the shell server. So it's not a really bad wait. Accordin to Stego an' Mole it was gonna take a while, so ya can't blame me..
I hope the shell server is up today too though lol.. But I'll keep playin temp till it is.
