better nin and gen training

i think there should be a way to gain nin and gen thats a little more fair to nin and gen users. Tai users gain tai by leveling up. Anything but chakra training levels up your chracter and your tai, but you have to go out of your way to level up nin and gen which i think is a litle unfai to those who rely on nin and gen.

firstly, they are including it. Secondly you have to wait till V4.
