I find this jutsu to be a big waste because it fails 70% of the time and takes a HUGE amount of chakra "6k per use"

You failed to use Zankyokukuuha and wasted chakra...

Could you please fix the failing thing or atleast reduce the chakra to half... its my only normal jutsu because of my bad selection in village/clans

6k Chakra isn't a lot, I had 43k By level 53 on my Haku. Not sure when you get Sound's homing jutsu, but by that level I'm sure my chakra could about double. All you need to do is train. Plus if you don't like it failing, use a different Jutsu. It would be nice if it were 60 or possibly 50% though. Sound is overpowered enough with CS.

Edit: I didn't have Bijuu or CS, that was my base chakra.

bijuus like 9 tail kyuubi will be better than cs2 in v4, also cs2 is going to be weakened. when it gets weakened in v4, thats when sounds homing needs to get buffed
