I was thinking, since I don't know people's overall kages should get the ability to know their villagers own overall, so he knows if their lying or not.
Also there should be a overall scoreboard for clans, since It's makes you want to become the strongest nara/gaara/haku/medic etc etc.
you are wasted space.. this was just a stupid reply.. and i like nara's idea it would make the game easier from a kage's standpoint so he can actually give lvls to people who deserve it.. and if they want to be the best of their clan, believe it!
nice idea and will be favored by most people ive seen alot of people lie about their overall just to increase cap or rank.
also allow kages to demote people but only for a good reason to ask stego or post on forums about a demotion of a player and if he agrees with ur reasons then he will allow the kage to demote the person....
i know it sounds kinda crappy idea but atleast its something instead of waste space or a restatement.....i try to help....*sniff

this would be a good idea but i think that peoples rank shouldnt be determined by there overall...
have them fight you or have them show you what they can do... i dont care if they have the stats or not if they dont know how to play or how to use there jutsus effectivly they prolly shouldnt get the rank. of course...even if they know how to play better than anyone else in the game that doesnt mean they get anbu elite they have to be somewhat strong....i think that it should be a little of both, like they have to have good stats and know how to play...if they dont know how to play then they shouldnt get rank up no matter what only maybe if there stats are capped....i think from a battle you could easily determine how strong they are and if they deserve the rank up or not.

that would kinda work unless... they are weak against you.. then no matter how well they play chances are they will lose no matter what..
the overall counter would still help determining peoples ranks, if you use it and see someones rank is only like 100 or 200 and then you know that they need to get a higher rank before getting a "potential" rank up...will help so you dont have to go challenging everybody in your village
I like the Idea's. But I dont like hte fighting thing ... Nara would go crazy fighting everybody that wants a rank in Leaf ! lol Anway an offtopic question... Why is the server down ? ( sorry for being offtopic )

well you know theyre probably the weakest clan in the game, someone shouldnt get sannin or rank up just because they are good cause of there clan...if theyre lee make it a little easier on the lee you know they wont do as good as a medic or something else
your village has who in it...i cant think of anyone in it thats strong other than chakra master who doesnt even play anymore, those guys only hate it because they either dont know anything about lees, dont know how to play, or just want it easier on themselves
i havent seen too many people do that but even if they dont lees are still uber weak because gates cant work in bijuu and they might be better off in bijuu without gates
