How come the delay for that jutsu is almost double of that for the other homming jutsus. I know that the cloud one has at most half the delay of the uchiha homming jutsu.
well wenni... the uchihas get the freezing justu for there sharingan and which they can perform jutsu so if it was same delay as anyother jutsu then uchihas would fire like 3-8 (depending on genjutsu) in one freeze which would be unfair...
